Are you an experienced Weinig moulder operator who can independently set up and fine tune machines for precision custom millwork?

TBM Hardwoods is seeking a Moulder Specialist with strong hands-on experience operating and setting up Weinig P Series moulders. This role plays a key part in producing custom profiles to exact specifications while maintaining consistent production performance.

What You Will Do

Set up and operate Weinig P Series moulders
Install and align tooling for custom millwork profiles
Read and interpret profile drawings and production specifications
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure precision and quality
Inspect finished materials for dimensional accuracy and surface quality
Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
Coordinate with the tool room and production teams to ensure timely workflow
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What You Bring

Proven experience operating Weinig P Series moulders or similar, required
Strong understanding of millwork production processes, required
Ability to read blueprints and profile drawings, required
Experience setting up tooling and adjusting cutter heads, required
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, required
