What You Will Do
- Set up and operate Weinig P Series moulders
- Install and align tooling for custom millwork profiles
- Read and interpret profile drawings and production specifications
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure precision and quality
- Inspect finished materials for dimensional accuracy and surface quality
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Coordinate with the tool room and production teams to ensure timely workflow
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
What You Bring
- Proven experience operating Weinig P Series moulders or similar, required
- Strong understanding of millwork production processes, required
- Ability to read blueprints and profile drawings, required
- Experience setting up tooling and adjusting cutter heads, required
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, required
