What You Will Do

Operate and maintain Rondamat 1000 CNC tool grinder
Operate Rondamat 960 manual grinder for tool sharpening and reconditioning
Sharpen and maintain carbide and high-speed steel cutting tools
Inspect tools for wear, damage, and precision tolerances
Program and adjust CNC grinding parameters as needed
Maintain accurate records of tool maintenance and performance
Collaborate with production team to ensure tools meet millwork specifications
Follow safety standards and maintain a clean work environment

What You Bring

Proven experience operating Rondamat 1000 CNC grinder or similar
Experience using Rondamat 960 manual grinder or similar
Strong understanding of tooling geometry, required and millwork applications, preferred
Ability to read technical drawings and tool specifications, required
High attention to detail and commitment to precision, required
Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently, required
Strong mechanical aptitude, required
